- trenching below dirt level as needed
- repair all settlement cracks and loose stucco w/ elastomeric patch
- caulk all windows, doors, and anything protruding from stucco
- cover and protect landscaping and all non-painted surfaces
- spot prime and rust kill all areas as needed
